ROSTER STRATEGY 

To ensure fairness and equal opportunity for all members, our teams will follow a rotation system. As only 8 ladies can participate each week, we will rotate playing spots so that everyone has an equal chance to take part over the course of the Season. A record of each player’s participation will be kept, ensuring that no one is overlooked and that match opportunities are distributed as evenly as possible. This approach will allow all team members to contribute, enjoy competitive play, and support one another both on and off the court.
